Shipping costs are determined by the most cost effective method, and are based on point of origin, destination, size and weight of your parcel. 
We charge a minimum shipping rate of $8.00 within Canada, and a minimum rate of $20.00 to the U.S. 
If you are unsure, please call or email bodyfxstudio@aroma.com to determine what the shipping cost will be before ordering. 
All shipments of orders are shipped the day payment is received.  A confirmation email containing the tracking number of the shipment will be sent to you by email.
We accept payment by PayPal, by prepaid certified cheque from within Canada, and email transfer of funds.  If paying by certified cheque, the orders will be processed the day the funds clear the account. 
All prices are in Canadian Dollars.  Paypal can automatically convert the funds for you to Canadian Dollars.  For email transfer of funds from outside Canada, please email for instructions and exchange rate of the day.

Essential Oil Kits

Offered along with the course is a kit of essential oils. The kit contains each of the 12 oils named in the course. These kits are not the usual 1/2 dram (2ml) size that is usually offered with courses, they are full size kits for practical use. The oils are high quality pure essential oils, they are not fragrance oils. These oils are tested for purity and are either wild-crafted or grown without pesticides from reputable growers. The 5ml, 10ml, 15ml and 30ml each oils included are:  chamomile, lavender, peppermint, clary sage, lemon, frankincense, tea-tree, rosemary, ylang-ylang, eucalyptus, thyme and rose. The rose oil is the only oil diluted at 10% to keep costs down. Let us know which size of kit you would prefer.  If you prefer pure rose oil, please email Heather for pricing.
